Bilal Jabri: the goalkeeper profile behind 324 documented matches
A ten-year academy education at Valencia, then a tour of the Spanish federated pyramid. What the documentation actually says about a 2004-born goalkeeper.

Most goalkeeping careers are not decided in a single transfer. They are assembled season by season, group by group, in competitions that never appear on a television schedule. Bilal Jabri's file is a clean example of that shape: ten years inside one of Spain's best-known academies, followed by a route through the federated tiers where the margin for a mistake is a relegation place.
From Valencia's academy to senior football
Jabri entered the Valencia C.F. academy at prebenjamin level around 2010 and stayed inside the club's structure through the alevin, infantil and cadete categories, reaching the juvenil group in 2019/20. That decade rarely produces headlines but does most of the technical work: repetition of footwork, handling under pressure, and the positional habits that later look like instinct.
The documentation records three Zamora trophies in youth football across consecutive seasons in that period, and a pre-season with the Valencia first team during the 2019/20 campaign.
The federated pyramid
From 2020 the file becomes a tour of the Spanish federated system: Paterna C.F. and C.F. Torre Levante, then C.D. Roda and C.D. Diocesano in Tercera RFEF, a group title with Diocesano in 2021/22, Atletico Pulpileno and C.D. Castellon in 2022/23, U.D. Montijo and C.D. Utrera in 2023/24, and C.P. Talayuela and C.P. Cacereno in 2024/25.
That is Spain's third, fourth and fifth tiers, plus regional Preferente. Read the list as a workload rather than a ranking: the cumulative record is 324 official matches, 315 of them as a starter, and 26,820 minutes.
What the numbers describe
- 128 clean sheets, a 39.5% clean-sheet rate, and a longest unbeaten run of 770 minutes in Tercera RFEF
- 274 goals conceded, an average of 0.84 per match
- 1,142 saves, 3.52 per match, including 89 interventions logged as goal-saving
- 98 of 120 one-against-one duels resolved, a success rate of 81.6%
- 16 penalties saved or diverted from 42 faced, 38.1%
A modern distribution profile
The distribution numbers describe the kind of goalkeeper coaches now build from: 2,042 of 2,150 short passes completed (94.9%), 1,490 long passes and switches from 1,840 (80.9%), and 390 of 420 quick throws in transition (92.8%). The sweeper actions follow the same logic, with 145 clearances outside the box and 210 interceptions of through balls.
Reading the file honestly
The statistics on this page come from documentation supplied by the player: an official RFEF file and a 25-page statistical report, both under the reference BJ8192. Global Football Report publishes them as sourced documentation, attributed and dated, not as independently audited third-party data. Where an independent record differs, we will publish the correction and say so.
